Mobile Commons has a chapter in the recently published Texting 4 Health book from Stanford Univeristy, edited by BJ Fogg & Richard Adler.   Jed Alpert and Benjamin Stein co-authored chapter 10, Reach Out and Text Someone, which explains how easy and cost effective SMS is for reaching underserved populations with important health related information.
